World’s 7th largest Telecommunications Company and India’s National Telecom Backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the launch of ‘Learn English’ a groundbreaking Value Added Service for its GSM mobile subscribers which will offer an opportunity to learn the language as per the user’s convenience.

To provide the service BSNL partnered with leading VAS content provider OnMobile and EnableM Technologies. It has designed a new mobile learning (m-learning) based ‘Learn English’ program with an aim to provide the user an opportunity to learn the English.
